4. Minimize the number of overprints: The more the number of overprints, the more severe the compressive strength of the carton is, so the number of overprints should be minimized.
5, to avoid the small print text: corrugated boxes from the propaganda effect of goods, should try to avoid the small print word. Such as the size of 2cm below the text, generally at a distance of 5m or more is almost unclear, so it will lose the significance of promoting the promotion of goods.
6. Minimize the printing pressure: In order to ensure the quality of the carton printing and reduce the impact on the compressive strength of the carton, the printing pressure should be as small as possible. The ink used should be as fast as possible. Because the low part of the corrugated cardboard pressed by the press machine can not fully accept the ink, the printing surface and the horizontal indentation line should be kept at a distance of 15mm or more, otherwise the printing effect will be affected.
